New Gun Prices in Other Countries

I just returned from a vacation in England and while I was there I checked out a few gun shops. One was a Beretta boutique. They had a nice selection on SxS's, O/U's and semis. A 686 Silver Pigeon I was priced at 2,700 Pounds (tax included) or about $C 4,600. The average retail price in Canada is around $2,600 plus tax = $C 2,900 tax in. That is quite a big difference. Seeing the prices there left me wondering how Canadian pricing stacks up against other countries.
