I have been lurking the forums for awhile now and thought I should start off by posting an intro.

I'm 22 years old and have been into guns ever since I shot my first pellet gun. I have had my RPAL for about 2 years now but still have not joined a club or purchased a handgun. I have given up on holding my breathe for the Peel Club to open their new location, so I'm now looking for something that is close to me (Caledon) and young adult friendly.

Maybe you should open your own club. Seriously, you have arrived at a time when the Ontario government is literally harassing gun owners.
Find a club, join it and get all your friends into this sport.

Emailed the Peel club prez last week, said the new range wouln't be ready until "at least the fall". Too bad, because I live five minutes from there. I'm looking to join a club where I can shoot rimfire rifle for fun. Please keep in touch, you sound like you're in the same boat as me, adult with PAL, young family, and wanting to get into the sport. Good luck, - Ric
