I'm a mech-tech who does designs for a satellite com. company. Mechanical Desktop is what I use. I have a no 4 mkII for what it's worth.

Welcome AutoCAD Guy.
I'm a Certified Engineering Technologist and do all my CAD and 3D modelling with Vectorworks. This is due to the fact that I work in an mac environment, rather than a PC. I'm a bit of a self proclaimed expert in high pressure water pumps and electronic coin acceptors.
