Looks like a second evolution of the Federal EFMJ but in reverse...
Even if the advertise says it doesn't meet the FBI standard (12 inch) it shouldn't completely disqualify the bullet from being acceptable either.
We need to see the other results (plywood, Sheetrock, etc...) prior making any opinion and right now, there is a bunch of good and reliable bullet that meet those requirement. Competition is aggressive to!
