I`m Nina and I hail from Abbotsford BC. Passed my restricted and regular firearm’s courses a few weeks ago and now embark of the long wait for my actual license. :rolleyes:

Luckily My Dad has been a gun enthusiast for some time now and has taken to regularly putting me in my place at our local firing range.

For now we just have fun with .22s targets and tin cans,
:D (until I’m licensed to go on a shopping spree):D
 
Welcome! With all the CGN'ers from the lower mainland we'll soon outnumber ontario ;) :p

In case you haven't noticed - there is a youth forum for those of us under the age of 30 who haven't fossilized, there's an Equipment Exchange (start browsing now and get a good idea of what you want, what good prices/deals are and how things work so you can start spending when your PAL and RPAL arrive:p ), there is also an off topics forum and finally, a women only forum, which remains a complete mystery to the majority of members.

All need a request to get access, but well worth it to get!

I guess I should explain that I am a proud 40sumptin Daddy`s (not so little)girl.:p
My Dad was in his youth a drill sergeant in the Finnish army and remains a wicket shot. He has said the saddest day in his life will be the day I out shoot him (and I am getting close):rockOn:
He is now retired and has picked up a nasty gun habit once more. Thankfully he is happy to drag me along when I can.
His only problem is that he is happy sticking to the smaller calibre, but I have a hankering for some bigger bang!!! The members at his gun club have been so very welcoming and often I am getting chances to test bigger fire power. (I feel an addiction brewing) just another one I can hardly afford LOL

I would be happy to see us kick Ontarios buttw:h:

So far Kevan I am enjoying it very much.

Ipscgraz I am very happy with AFGC (not that I have been a lot of other places) but as far as the complaints around here go I have none with them. I`m from the wrong side of the tracks,:cool: used to live at the top of Townline am now by the new sports and entertainment arena (congestion and construction hell!!)

(MOFuk1Dy condolences gladly accepted) but for now it`s all I got and you know how misery loves company LOL:redface:
Thanks to all for the welcome. Hope to meet some fellow Abbey shooters someday soon.
