New ISSC Mk22 mag pinned to 10rnd?

So ya I bought my first issc mk22 over a year ago, got four mags with it all 22rounders. Just bought another mk22 and the mag is pinned or has this stopper limiting it to ten rounds. I've been out if the loop i guess. Did a search and never came up with anything new about the mags. The 22rnd mags I have are they legit now?? Lol
