No More Battery Housing? It is hidden in the base and with extreme battery life and auto shutoff a new battery is seldom needed. Less to block your view.

Just ordered one. I run an Aimpoint T1 on my Noveske 12.5" GPR. Looking forward to doing a comparison review of the 2 optics, head to head. Some reviews have been calling it a "T1 killer". We shall see..

You are comparing a 600 T1 with a 170 holo sun that is not fair.

However, I was playing with mine and it does offer some good features that does not offer in my vortex spare and trs25

The only down thing is that it does not work with t1 mount but for a 170 optics I would not complain much.
 
1. It's more like $700, not $600. And 2. I completely agree -- it's like comparing apples and oranges. I'm just hoping the apple is sweet :)

I received mine this week, thank you Chris for the speedy delivery. The leaflet said it's supposed to come with a battery, but mine didn't. Am I missing something?
