Does anybody own one of the new ones? I see they are on sale at NAS Guns $499 for the Waterfowl along with others. I've been thinking about a new shotgun and thought these look really nice especially at that price.

I bought a womens stock 20ga for the wife a while ago at a great price. It turned out to be the combo with the slug barrel when it arrived even though no mention of it in the add. I was very impressed (wife also) at how nice this gun really is. Nice wood, glossy finish, nice blueing and engraving, smooth action. She has a classier shot gun now than any of my 870's.
Thanks "ONE SHOT TACTICAL" for the great service and great deal (again).

Something to consider. The new Ithacas have the frame lengthened for 3" shells. It is 1 /4 " longer. Not a big deal you may think. BUT if you have hunted a vintage model 37 and loved it's quick fast handling these new guns have become "reachy" for the pump handle due to the longer frame. LOP stays the same but the pump handle is now a 1/4" further out. That basically is an increase to your LOP and the handling characteristics. The Browning BPS has the same issue and makes for a slow gun if you have short arms or a thick chest. If you are apish ( long arms) you will be fine. Remember shotguns are all about FIT.
