new leupold rail and rings came loose

yesterday after firing 50 rounds my rear adjustment screws became unscrewed /came loose. What can i do to prevent this from happening other than torqueing down on the screws, since my scope and rings etc just cost me $1400 . Is there any products that prevent screws from jarring loose during firing, sounds odd that this would happen?
any help or input would be appreciated.

Blue loctite. I always use it when I install bases.
