Mounts like the scout mount , this would be good if you wanted to run a eo-tec +magnifier set up

Whoever makes the rail above, I do not think they would recommend it for use with a magnifier as the eye relief on the Eotech 3x is only 50mm. The Aimpoint's eye releif is 60-65mm. This is one reason I made the CASM EX as the back end extends 1.5" further to the rear than the standard CASM mount.

Whatever you attach to your barrel can often have an effect on accuracy. Several other semi auto rifles have demonstrated improved accuracy with the addition of a clamp on “barrel stiffener”.

I know Frank, i was being facetious :D

In the past using UTG and Ultimak barrel clamping rails ive experienced no accuracy change, and slight gain with the Ultimak..

Ordered and paid for a Casm mount Feb/28/2013 and Frank said he had one would ship the next day well its now April 3rd, still no mount, if it ever comes I will do a small write up on how it performs, that is if it ever makes it here.

Tried contacting him directly?

Im on the other side of the world in a different time zone and generally i get a reply to my emails from him within a couple of hours..

Also on a related note.. why on earth did you post that comment in this thread? .. completely unrelated to threat topic

He contacted me saying I will be happy with it but it still has not arrived and he mailed it last Sat. he said, tomorrow is another Sat. April 5th ???????? Come on ????

He is on the Island, most likely mail does not go out till Monday afternoon which is the case with a lot of rural post offices if mailed on Saturday, last mail usually arrives early Friday morning for rural post offices so it can easily take more than a week!

Well Feb 28th is a long haul from then to now April the 6th and talking to Frank he agreed to give me my money back don't want it, will keep the product if it comes. I will never deal with this guy again could have had the rail sooner as we talked on FEB 28th and i gave him tracking number for money ord. he sold it out from under me, but said he didn't think money was coming (BS). If it turns out to be what we need for our M305's I will honestly state my opinion of the rail. I really hope it extends my range of the M305. with good grouping as well. I'm interested to see how the built in apature sight works out to. I also have two Bradley cheek rests from Oregon to try out on the M305 stock, these are made of Kydex and no holes need to be drilled. They work with three velcro straps (extras came supplied) and a foam rubber buffer between the stock and rest. Came shipped in a tastful burlap bag with his logo on it. These should work pretty well with the Scope rail combination. Will send pictures of the outfit when or if the rail ever gets here. Mr. Bradley is a gentleman and sent me an extra for free that I could show to interested parties say at gun show that I attend. Check out Bradley Cheek Rest.COM No more drilling of the stocks. I have two in Coyote Brown with the Arms Mount it seems perfect for my cheek weld but we will see when the Casm Mount comes (???) the Bradley Cheek Rest for the M14 also is just right for scoped Enfields Mk4's and Mk5's that I have tried them on by the way. Check these out on you tube (Sniper Centeral) I think they are a good match for scoped M305 type rifles and the Enfields, only my opinion. And they only took a week to get here from Oregon, ordered it the same time as the Casm Rail (Still waiting Frank!!)
Regards
Jack

Well bowl me over the CASM rail came today and it is a nice piece of work excellent in fact, was it worth the wait? Well we will see. It truly is nice and I will put it on the M305 tomorrow. Frank was fair enough to offer me a refund cause I was ####ting on him for the time I had to wait but now that I have it and see how nice it is I will try it out. Besides how long would the refund take to get here?? Nice work on the mount Frank I am very happy with the product so far. Thanks
J
