There are no plans for production again at this time, there are legal issues with a different manufacturer at the present time.

Ha I'll be buying a few seeing as I have 2 marlin 795 and 400 rds worth of the promag 25 rd magazines and they work flawlessly. I will say though that the gun does not like hollow points in the pro mags only in the stock magazines

Wow! Your having and entirely different experience than me and my buddy. We each bought 2 of the 25rd mags and yet to have a single jam free run after 5 bricks.
