new mauser!!!!

hey everyone,

i just got my new to me swedish m38 mauser today in the mail and i couldnt be more pleased with the rifle.

i was just wondering do all swedish mausers have such a low profile when looking through the irons. when i have the rear sigt set at 100yrds it is barely visable when i stare down the sights. is that normal with these sweds or mausers in general?

im new to milsurps and have never held a mauser of any kind until today.

Yup, that's the view, but the accuracy of these Swedes is fantastic.....

Try to get some milsurp m/41 Swedish ball ammo for it and you'll be really happy with the accuracy as it relates to the sight settings.
