Hi, new member from Saskatchewan. I'm 25 and just got into shooting. My favorite gun is my Springfield XD 45. Super fun to shoot. The skill it takes to shoot hand guns well, makes it fun to learn.
My local shops are Prairie Gun Trader in Avonlea, Sk. T.N.T Gunworks in Regina. and Wolverine supplies. All are good cause they give a kid who ask's lots of questions the time of day. More than I can say for some

Yeah Jim, I like the Springfeild. When I bought it, I didn't know jack about handguns. It was new, cool and on the cover of mags so I bought it. Now that I know more I don't regret buying it. It's a simple gun. I had a few problems with handloaded ammo, but never with factory rounds. The handloads were #### to, So that didn't help much. I like the history of Springfeild they have made alot of solid guns in their day. What i'm wondering, are they going to come out with a new rifle. There long guns seem out dated.
