I own a standard Ruger Mini 30, got it from Wholesale sports. I had to shoot about 1000 rounds through it before it worked reliably, and replaced the hammer spring with a Wolff for harder primer strikes. Even now it still missfires 1 in 25, but ammo is cheap and you dont have to reload. I think you can pin on a flash hider if this is the look your going for. Personally I like the Mini because it doesnt look menacing and scary to the average person. Great fun rifle and its non-restricted.
