I just had a LP Tactical muzzle break and tactical bolt knob added to my Remington 700 XCR TLR in .308.

I think it's kind of like high speed low drag, but different. It does look pretty good though.

I often shoot 500 rounds a sitting. The day after my shoulder is pretty soar. Not to mention the years of football that has taken a tole on my shoulder. This is why i added the brake. I choose this one as it was the more effective in reducing recoil not for looks. Personally I think its more suited on a tank but ya :p
Rifle will remain with the brake on unless I need to remove it, I'm not worried about re-zeroing.
Yes, it is LOUD. I will not shoot this with another person in the booth next to me :p but it makes watching the holes appear in the targets a lot easier. I figure any mechanical advantage available is a good one to have.

I had a Badger Ordinance bolt knob on before but i had this new style put on and I must say I am way happier with it. The knurled portion makes it feel very positive.

Regards,
Tim

who did your bolt knob? looking for the maker of the knob not the smith that installed it unless it's the same person.
