I have picked up a new Norc CS 500 (870 clone) after comparing it to Mossberg/Remy 870 Express - the Norc definitely had better welds and felt much stronger. I also grabbed the Magpul SGA stock in FDE as I liked the shorter stock. First thoughts were "looks a bit weird" then I tried it - ooohhhhh nice!
I'm tempted with a mag extension but there are 'indents' that restrict the spring. Anyone have a fool-proof method for removing these, other than the Brownells $100 wonder-tool?
