new optics on the shotty

so a good buddy shoots me a text saying he's going a different route with his ar and asked if i wanted his brand new (25 rounds) aimpoint comM2 and cantilever mount for cheap....well im not going to say what cheap was buuuuuuut lets just say Its about the same to fill the fuel tank on a smart car hahaha
Since I dont have a ar yet i felt it would be at home on the 887

im thinking I want some flip up lens covers instead of the rubber bikini one

Mounts too high, designed for a AR or other straight stock.
you gotta get a lo-pro mount then you'll be in business.
I bet your cheekweld is the ####s right now.

Ya i want to get lower mounts too but for the price im not complaining my cheek weld isnt that bad
