EOHC hosts a thrice yearly "Milshoot". The next one comes up on Sat, Jan 24th. Come out and meet a few of the guys. There's a category for any kind of Long Gun you can imagine.

Anybody know what is the longest distance you can shoot at the RA center. I live right near it and would love to join but I was hoping to do at least some mid distances (ie min 100yards)

I was a member there years ago. I don't remember, but I think you can get that from their website. Pretty freakin cold out lately. Shooting indoors sounds good right now.

As for the RA center, about 30 m, pistol and smallbore only. If you want to shoot 100 m, you'll need to head out to EOHC.

EOHC has a number of 50 yd ranges used mostly for handgun, as well as a 100 and 200 yd range.
More are being developed.
We have a pretty good Cowboy Action Shooting Posse, The Ottawa Valley Marauders, at EOHC. First CAS club shoot of the year will be Saturday April 25
Come on out and have some fun with us. You don't have to be an EOHC member for our CAS shoots, but most end up joining.
