New PAL

Just a quick question if anyone knows:

My son turns 18 beginning of April, is it too early to send his RPAL application now? He already took the courses two years ago and passed both with 94%.

I seem to recall someone asked this before, and whether the CFO would process it two months early???

I can not see any problem sending it in early. By the time they get to process it, it will be April.
