New PGW Coyote .308

[PETE 1]

PGW Coyote chambered .308 Win.Rifle built to match my .338 Lapua Timberwolf.
Did a sight in and Barrel break in.This rifle recoils like an air rifle.
Turned out some pretty sweet groups.
.208" 5 shot group @100 yds.

Here it is on the bench beside the Timberwolf.Coyote has the black scope.

Gees those are sooooo nice. Is the timberwolf yours as well ? How much $$ for the Coyote, if you don't mind me asking ? That is a dream rifle for me.

The rail is intended to be used with a night vision device if I am not mistaken.

This will allow use of your regular day scope and avoid complications with removal of day/night optics.

now if only they didn't call it a Coyote, I mean seriously how about arctic hare, or snowbunny or something equally impressive? Timberwolf is cool, Coyote is ###. (and yeah I'd still buy one, and yeah Steve would probably put SaladTosser on it somewhere just to #### with me).

Ok here is the million dollor question, which scope do you like better the S&B or the USO.

I have to say that I find the Schmidt is ever so very slightly brighter than the USO.Aside from that they are both bang on in every other aspect.I prefer the larger elevation knob on the USO.Its a coin toss I guess.

Schmidt=4-16 power
USO =3.2-17 power

Did they adopt it for sure? I know they were considering it in their trials but I haven't heard what the final outcome was or even if it's been determined yet.
