New prodution 106mm beretta 71. .22 bbls

So now having shortened a few 100 of the 6 inch beretta 71 barrles.
We arw still getting requests for them
The reason we have not made new ones is it's quite a bit of work with th fwed ramp built in
Also we have found that some; very few need hand fitting if the barrle is a different generation. As these guns were made for over 30 years.
Who would be intrested in the shortest legal bbl for the beretta 71 .22.
These would be same profile as factory . Much more accurate 4140 steel with satin nitride finish.
In order to keep the price low ww would need to make about 500 of these at one time.

Thwre are a few 100 guns avaliable that have no grips or bbls that I have access to I'm waiting on word from the grip company before I pull the trigger on them

So why exactly is it better to buy a new production barrel? Isn't the original barrel cut down more likely to fit the pistol perfectly? Maybe its a dumb question but just curious...
