New Project

...of interest to some. The double rifle build will be detailed in 'Gunsmithing', so far still trying to decide whether a new frame will be machined from 4140 or if I'll use my vintage WW Greener. Will be decided when top half gets to smoke and fit. Caliber will be .475 Morrison, or in English regulated for 400 grains at 2,300fps, .475" cal straight case. The goal is to roll it out in time for a test run Africa in October, but this is ambitious.

Cool. Are you going to work on it in your kitchen with a hand file, a butter knife and a meat tendarizer as a hammer or is a gunsmith doing the work on this one?
