piHello all Moison PU scope snipers out there, I wanted to give everyone a heads up on a new mount/system I designed to put a modern center adjustment high power scope on your Moison sniper to wring out the best accuracy for long range shooting.

Machined out of 6061-T6 billet Aluminum, it will attach in the same way as a regular PU mount but allow you to mount a modern scope with simple weaver or Warne rings, you will also be able to adjust left, right, and cant (with two 8-32 set screws) to center scope zero.

I will be including two weaver #79 bases and screws that you can attach in two of four positions to the vertical side and add your mounts (at a right angle) for over the bore center alignment and to clear your existing bolt handle.

I designed the mount spacing around weaver KT-15/leupold 40/42mm bell scopes and similar sized optics.

IT will be Hard clear anodized .001 deep (.002 Thk.)and the part should be a medium dark charcoal grey color when finished, Any suggestions for different colors? Green OD, Black, Red?

Pricing will be $65.00 plus $5.00 shipping for the mount/and two weaver bases/screws only (PU rifle receiver base is not included but I may offer in the future, or you can contact other manufacturers for them but I cannot guarantee compatibility.

Feel free to contact me if anyone has some comments that can improve this product.

Thank you.

Moison..... Mosin

What size.... 1"...30 mm? The original was somewhere in between.

6061.... 70xx

c20.picturetrail.com/VO...015288.jpg .... not working for those w/o a password

Kalinka sells them for unde 300... base + mount + scope. All steel.

If you don't guarantee compatibility with a standard base, and you think you may offer it in the future.... obviously non-standard and maybe even different hole spacing....

Did I miss omething>? .... besides the "s" in the last word? :slap:
