Hey all.

I just purchased this

I verified with cz custom that this will fit my cz97b as shown here

Now I installed this in my Cz97b and it fits but i'm not sure its safe to shoot.

May I get some clarification on this please.

also, you may want to change the display photo.

We generally get our CZ parts from CZ custom but on occasion when they are out of stock we get parts from CZUB e.g. factory parts. Our most recent shipment of stainless steel guide rods came from CZUB and are the same one that comes in the Shadow 2. As we only advertise these for CZ 75, SP01, Shadow SA & DA we did not see the need to change the photo of description as these rods function perfectly in the guns we advertise them for.

While I see no reason why they would not work in a 97B I am not able to confirm this. All I can say is that if it fits, and the slide racks normally it should be fine and as this rid fits all the same guns as the CZ custom one it should work fine.

We have more CZ Custom ones inbound that will hopefully arrive in the next 7-10 days if you want to exchange it.
