Here they are boys and girls, a new (dated 2006 MAR 29) set of proposed reloading regulations that will govern how much powder, primers and ammo we can buy and store. This looks a lot more realistic than the set that was floated a year ago, but there are still some ugly parts; especially for reloaders living in apartments.
