They should make it a Recycle Shoot. Ten shots on each cell phone at 50 yds. (Batteries removed.) Each shooter shoots 5 cell phones. The aim of the game is to inflict the most break up of the target with 10 shots. Shoot-offs are settled with 1 shot on a phone at 100 yds. The bits get swept up after the match and taken to recycle places, which is free.
I normally plink golf balls out to 100 yds or so, but nuking fookin' cell phones is way better therapy and more folks will show up to a shoot if they can blow off at least 50+ rounds.
