Hey, Gang!
Just picked up my new short-barreled SS GP-100 and I'm excited to go break it in on the weekend! It's my first wheel-gun, which makes the anticipation even that more intense!
I had one minor concern, however, that maybe someone here could help me out with... The ejector rod seems to have some play in it. That is, when the cylinder is in and everything is where it should be, the ejector rod will slide back and forth in when the gun is simply tilted forward and back. I just wanted to know if this sloppy fit was normal for Rugers or even for six-guns in general... Or should I be taking it back right away or getting it looked at?
It's a beautiful gun, but after it taking me so long to save up the schillings for it, I want to be sure I got what I paid for. Any insight would be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance!
