They are based on the Tikka T3 CTR. You could get one of them instead but try finding one I haven't seen any for sale?

It has been stated that Colt Canada does not have the rights to manufacture them for civilian sales. It's still a possibility that tikka will sell a clone to civilians. Better off building one yourself based on a Tikka CTR.

That said, I wonder how one joins the rangers? I think a saw a building out near me with their badging. Is thier a detachment or unit or whatevertheycallit in 100 mile house BC? Not really the "north" though so maybe I'm mistaken. LOL google here I come

Looks to me like somebody at Stoeger dropped off the front sight from a Ruger Scout (non-flash-hider version) at a machine shop and said "6000 please!"

The rear sight might be an NECG? If not, one of theirs would do.

But I'll bet you $9 the stock is a Boyd's.

Going to have to ask the old man about this as he heads up the Rangers in Mb. Would be nice to get some trigger time on one. Though the old 303's are nice it's just past their time for a service rifle I think.
