New savage rimfires 2017

When do savages 2017 models hit the Canadian market? Anyone have any info on this?

Cabelas seems to have A22. I think it was introed in 2016.

Judging from last year, I wouldn't bet my shirt on very fast availability. The Axis II XP Hardwood was labeled "New" in the 2016 catalogue but finally came out only in August in the US. Cabelas Canada had it online for a very short period in October but quickly removed it (did they received any?) and I didn't see it anywhere else north of the border. According to the people at my prefered small store north of Montreal, Savage is supposed to start shipping it to small canadian retailers next March.

Is the same thing going to happen with the rimfires?
