New semi-auto (inexpensive)

If you want 'cheap' and don't mind a pump for a camp gun, my plan is similar and plan on the Mossberg Maverick 88. Don't come much cheaper, and many that I've heard of that have them shoot them often, and have little to no issues with them. Would love a semi as well, but the price even for used one's is more than I'm willing to put out.

I have a Baikal, in the field where it counts, it keeps up with and sometimes out works the B guns. In hard, dirty, and/or wet it has less fails than any of the other guns we use. All that being said- make sure the fit is rite.

I've heard great things about the Weatherby SA-08 for the money. Only downside is having to swap the gas piston out when running heavy/light loads (take a minute).
