Hmmmmmmmm.... you can bet the CFC would rule those C/A because they use parts of the old gun.

Or they'd just rule it easily converted and bury it in beaurocratic red tape.


Interesting nonetheless.
 
Because they use a closed bolt firing system patterned after the commercial Mk. 6 Sterling made for the US market, they would likely be ruled to be a variant of a named prohibited firearm.
 
Semi Sterling has been around since the 80's. The 16" barrel is plain ugly.
 
I wish we could get the 8mm mauser and 7.62 x 54R and 7.62 x 39 Wolf up here.

I will need the 8mm for my kar98k...

Or am I thinking about a time that no longer exists?

Maybe some day they'll think of a way to put the criminals in jail....... but likely that's too dangerous.
