Not sure why we would? You'll only be billed what is owing based on what we quoted you. No change in price!
 
People is so rude here geez. I am sure Questar don't mind to give you back the money if you can't wait no longer. They are waiting from the distributor or manufacturer as well.

While we have access to purchasing these in the US we have not found a successful means of limiting them so that they work reliably in the rifle's. Due to this we won't be offering them.
