The shipping box was sealed but the bags the mags come in were all sliced open.
LOL how do you think they pin mags? They have to open the bags. Magpul does not pin mags.

^ bacardi is right, they are opened to pin the mags. If you bought pinned mags before that came in a sealed pack, look closer as they were just re-sealed!
and who cares about the packaging anyway!

The question arose because a few days before my Questar shipment arrived I received similar PMAGs from another retailer that were sealed. I'd never purchased a pinned magazine before so yeah I'm a bit clueless to what goes on there. Thanks for the insight.
Interestingly the PMAGs from different retailers use different sized rivets, so what bacardi says appears to be gospel.
While packaging is largely irrelevant, new goods that arrive in opened packaging can make one suspect the goods are not as new as the seller would have you believe. But yeah who cares? I got PMAGs!
