Don’t know much about it. I gather that it’s a bsa. I think it’s original. Bolt matches wrist. Forestock stamped
Bolt handle hollow. Came with Parker hale mag. Stock looks like it’s customized

It has the early fore end without the metal end band to stop them from splitting.

Nice looking rifle but it needs a proper sling. The bayonets can be had. Originals run around $350 in exc condition but you can find very nice Indian made RFI productions for around $75

Look a little closer. It looks like material has been removed on the bottom of the fore end behind the band. The bayonet lug has also been removed.

huh...i can honestly say that's the first BSA jungle carbine i've ever seen. Although i suppose Fazakerly made over double the amount of No5's so that would make sense.

Hi thanks for replying. I have another no 5 and this ones wood is thicker around the magwell. The bands are also cut deeper due to the circumference. It seems to be nicely done. I’m happy with the matching bolt but assume it’s not historically correct.
