Well done! It sure looks like she had fun. I love taking new shooters out. Always a good time.

Teach just enough to be safe. Who cares if technique isn't great. First day goal is to have fun.
Only one round in the gun for any new shooter until they prove they can control it.

have also learned that people in relationships can't teach each other $h!t.
Sometimes it's better to have someone else coach.

So when is the next range day?
You still have one more friend who needs a range trip.

yep not sure if I mentioned but she's just a school friend. I have a bunch of friends who still need to go to the range haha. grip and stance aren't good but I have a couple more pictures and there was never anything near the cylinder gap. I didn't want to be overbearing so safety was goal #1 then letting her get comfortable and have fun was #2 she said we have to do it again. so yeah next time maybe we'll work on technique.
