Just picked up my new 226 for an amazing price. Found out about a little place called cxshooters in Morinville, AB. About 20 minutes north of Edmonton, found out about it through my buddy who lives close by. Amazed by the transfer process; bought it just before 6pm last night, and by 12 noon today I had my approval and STATT printed off and was on the way to the store to pick it up. The owner gave me an amazing deal on this pistol, that I just couldn't pass up. . . helps that I've been looking for a decent priced one for a little over a year now. Pics soon to follow as soon as I find my camera, but with a new gun in my possession who knows when I'll put it down to look for a camera. Thinking of buying a case of 9mm and getting out to the range next week to break it in.

Lol, I mean I bought it online from someplace out East. . . like I said small little place, but the prices and things they are willing to do for customers is quite a nice change from some shops I've visited before. Definitely will be heading back there as soon as I get some more money, damn house/life is getting in the way of guns
