New sights on a Henry 001

As a fellow happy H001 owner my first step would be to upgrade to metal foregrip and front barrel bands.
After that I'd begin looking at the options for tang and receiver mounted peep sights.
With my "old man" eyeballs I find that a small aperature peep lets me shoot on a solid footing without the need to mount a scope. So I'm with you on the change to some form of peep sight. My own thoughts are leaning to a dovetail mounted receiver style. I'll just position it back near the hammer. Sorry, no ideas on brands at this time though. Anyone have a source for these metal bands? I never got a response from henry.
I called Henry Customer service they are willing to send me new bands and sight but they are not steel. Metal made but still not steel so I got on the net and found theses ( please see pictures) They are a bit pricey but all steel made and hot blued.
