Must be targeted for the concealed carry crowd like the Kimber revolver. I'd still buy a 5" barrel version if it's available to Canada

I figure I'll more than likely only ever shoot 38 special anyways.

Rumours do not equal facts.

Consider this: For Colt to re-enter the revolver market, they would have to create an entirely new gun based on today's technology as their old machinery, and procedures just are too obsolete. That means an investment cast frame, maybe a sleeved barrel like S&W's new model 66, and probably MIM parts. Plus they would need a ton of new money to make it happen.

I'm not buying it....

Should've got a python and Anaconda when they were $1.5k before TWD. Just like dirty harry make the 629 unobtainium the snakes are crazed priced. $4K is great value for the sellers.

Oh wow...another interesting new gun Canadians can't have...

Is there any indication that Colt will be producing something like a .357 Diamondback with a 4"+ barrel? They'd probably sell a lot of Python lookalikes, even if they weren't as fine as the originals...
