Well I just purchased a new "Tac-Driver" Silhouette Style stock with tactical forearm and traditional cheekpiece.

I purchased mine in Electric Blue. They told me it could be up to 8 weeks to recieve it!! Damn!!!! I sure hope it's worth it!

Once I purchase the 10/22 I became and addict!

So far I've got...

18"ss Fluted GM barrel
Tac-Driver Stock
Volq Match Hammer and Sear
Volq Extractor
Volq Mag Release
Auto Bolt Release
Tuff Buffer
Polished Reciver
3x9x40 Bushnell


Purchased all this within 2weeks of owning the gun! lol

And I had mentioned I wasn't in a rush! haha.



So does anyone else have experience with the Tac-Driver Stocks??

I was considering going with the Boyd Blaster Stock, but really liked the fingergrips on the Tac-Driver! Double the price though.
 
Well it's finally been shipped. I seen my Visa has been charged.

So I hope it's as nice as the pics on thier site!!! As soon as i get it I'll most definatley get some pics up! I can't wait.

I should have it this week!
 
my tac-driver came in very nice.. I had mine with the flat oval forearm. Didn't take much fitting, and took lots of sanding to get it smooth. Have fun!!!
 
For what rifle did you get this stock for ?

I ordered one for my Savage 17hmr and unfortunately I had to send it back, it did not work out, the area for the trigger was not correct, and the trigger only stuck out about a 1/4 inch, and was way to far forward from the pistol grip, one would need a very long trigger finger to reach it comfortably....

It can take a while to come in, I ordered mine the start of October, and it arrived December 24th, if it's sent by mail Canada Post will charge your the taxes, and a handling fee as well, for me it was another 25 bucks on top of the purchase price and shipping already paid to Boyds

Hope you have better luck with yours....

Disregard, I just re-read your post, you purchased it for a 10/22, this should work, I have not heard of issues for this rifle
 
Well I'm starting to get a little upset. My visa was charged March 1st, and I still have NO stock.

I called and emailed them. I finally got ahold of a lady, she did some checking and told me that my stock entered Canadian customs a week ago today. Well IF she really new this...... why do I NOT have a tracking number.... I'm starting to get nervous. IF I dont' receive my stock this week, I'm gonna freak!!!!!!!!!
 
Well the stock finally came in. I'm away working, so I haven't actually seen it. Just in a cell phone pic my wife sent to me. Looks good, and she said it looks good.

Now I can't wait to get home to get it all sanded down and urathaned!!!!
