No idea. The website is not our highest priority... meeting our commitments to the customers is first and foremost.

We're swamped right now... between imports, transfers, shipping, processing new orders and trying to stay on top of the ever changing dollars and supplier price changes we've had little time left over to update the website.

We're trying but part of the problem too is that with the dollar jumping wildly every day it's hard to finalize a price list. Unlike retailers who have inventory that turns over a couple times a year, our inventory turns over weekly and monthly. It's constantly in and out. Most customers order items that arne't actually here yet so trying to "guess" what the price will be in 4 or 8 weeks is becoming almost impossible. If I knew what currency would be in 8 weeks I'd be a billionaire and wouldn't have to work anymore :)

These are very difficult times right now... we're doing the best we can.

Check website for pricing... if not there then email: Sales@Questar.ca

Availability is always difficult to answer... what is "available" at this moment can be "sold out" 5 minutes later when someone's on-line order gets submitted. Inventory around here changes constantly... best bet is to submit an order for what you want... if it's in stock you'll get a Sales Order detailing the order and asking for your confirmation... if it's sold out or needs to be custom ordered then you'll be told that as well. It's the best way to get the items you want... submit the order form.
