Have the SS guide rod and buffer in my CZ SP01 Shadow. Fits and works great! No probs. Love it.

That's cause you have a Shadow model which has a hole cut out in the slide. The 75B/85B/C models don't so you wouldn't even be able to insert this guide rod into the slide. It must be a mistake in the description.

Can anyone in the know advise if these SS guide rods and buffer are legal for IPSC Production Division for the CZ Shadow?

They look to me to be the same SS guide rod and buffer in the Shadow Orange and think maybe the new Shadow 2? And look the same as I see on the official OEM CZ parts site.

One gent at my club said they were not production legal, but then heard from several other experienced IPSC shooters that they are production legal.

Will not fit 75/B, 85 B/C as there is no hole in front the slide where the spring sits. Wiil fit the SP01/Shadow and its variants.

They are production legal. This is a CZ oem part.
