I sighted in my new Tikka T3 in 30-06 with some factory winchester 165gr. pointed soft points and produced two groups just over 1/2" @ 100 yards. WOW!

So I started shooting some 165gr. Sierra game king hand loads from 55 to 58gr of IMR4350. the last two groups measured just over .800". Any tips on how to tighten them up. They were all 3.340" OAL. I pushed some 58gr. in to 3.300" but have yet to try them out. The gun is in hunting mode now. some pics here

So you have an out of the box hunting rifle that shoots factory ammo just over 1/2 MOA and handloads under 1 MOA. I would be happy with that.
If you are looking to tweak the loads you might have to end up going up .5 grains at a time to find the sweet spot. Then a little more fine tuning .2 gr up or down at a time from there. Only then should you start playing around with different seating depths keeping in mind that you want to feed these from a mag.

You're doing awesome! So no need for any drastic changes.

My accuracy tweaks:
1. Bring the bullet out just shy of touching the lands, then I adjust powder volume to find a sweet spot.
2. Use the Lee "Factory Crimp" die helps make the bullet/neck tension more uniform.

Since you have already worked up to 58gr,I would play with the seating depth. If that doesn't work, you could try some 165gr power points and seat them to the same overall length as the factory loads.
