NEW TO CGN

New member here from West Vancouver, I'm new to hunting and fishing.
I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can from CGN to stay safe out in the wilderness.
I just did a trip to Skagit and after a late-night encounter with a mountain lion near my tent, I want to learn what I can to avoid that again and be equipped to scare bears and such away when needed.
