Hi everybody,
I first shot a firearm when I was 13 at a scout camp and ended up winning the sharpshooter competition. After years of talking and thinking about it I recently obtained my PAL for Restricted and Non-Restricted firearms.
I have yet to purchase my first handgun but parsimony and wisdom tell me to start easy with a .22 and work your way up from there. I don't think I am interested in anything more powerful than a 9mm but who knows
I have always been interested in clay pigeon shooting and you can expect me to rely on your advice on what firearm to purchase for the pursuit thereof.
Lastly I would like to invest in a nice bolt action rifle for long distance target shooting as I found this to be the most rewarding of all forms of shooting.
Any tips, advice, and suggestions are welcome with regard to the above so fire away
