New to me scope looking for info

I have a Ruko 4x40 wide angle electro-point,has a circle with dot and a post with a dash on each side of circle,it lights up.whats it worth and how old is it.Never been on a gun thanks

Ruko was just a Canadian distributor, for everthing from rifles to fishing tackle, knives and you name it. A scope marked as Ruko, may date back to the mid 1960s, and was probably a cheap Japanese version.
Not likely a prise find.
