I want to start reloading for my 30-06.What is the basic equipment list I need to get started? If I bought a lee loader kit and a 2nd hand scale is this sufficient? Having that, what are the next couple pieces of equipment I would want to add?

If you're going to buy a Lee starter kit, get the Anniversary Kit. >http://www.leeprecision.com/cgi/catalog/browse.cgi?1158346857.1775=/html/catalog/anivers.html<
Just add some dies and you're all set to reload. You can even get it with the manual. This will get you started.
I would add a better scale. The Lee one is decent and accurate, but it only goes to 100grs. Can't check bullet weights. I love my electronic RCBS 750.
More manuals are definately a plus.

i would want a primmer pocket brush as well to add to the list and a tumbler to clean your brass.i acquired my reloading stuff over time, some of it new ,some used from shows.i'm not sure if that lee kit comes with case lube which really helps using the sizing die.also a loading block, you can easily make one.

i looked again and it does have a p pocket brush and lube.thats a good kit to get started by the looks of it.
