new to reloading

if someone was new to reloading would this be an ok setup for reloading .308

Loading Equipment

You can't go wrong if you buy the kit for $150. Everything for you but your powder and primer's. Just my thoughts.

the only difference between the two i saw was the off press primer, or is there somethin i was missing?
