New to the forum - wtb ar-15

Hey folks,

New to the forum, just looking for tips and hints on firearms, shooting, etc.

Looking to pick up a black rifle, AR-15, or the like.

Anyone have any advice/experience with the M&P 15? I have an M&P 45, love the S&W's. Just wondering what their AR's are like.

Also curious about the Sig black (or green) rifles.

Sadly, the GTA, love Ontario, love the province, people, and the hunting, but the rules are well, not outdoorsman friendly.

Well, It would be important to know what you want to do with it too.

Do you intend on doing service rifle? Tac shoots? Plinking (shooting just for fun)?

This should help you determine such things as:
-Barrel lenght (10.5? 14.5? 16? 20?)
-Barrel Profile (Government? Heavy?)
-Twist rate (1:7? 1:9?)
-Chrome lined?
-Do you need M4 feed ramps? (Doubt it is an option on a Stag, I could be wrong)
-Grip?
-Stock?
-Front rail (free floated or not)
