Yes it is Cerakoted no idea how it shoots yet. I'll take it out this weekend with factory ammo next weekend will be load development once I have made brass.

try the federal gold medal match 130gr ar hybrid. they are extremely accurate in my stag10 creedmoor i bet they do the same in your rifle
