I just picked up a cherry vz52/57. Thing looks new, no refurb, just sitting in a cabinet for 18 years! Got a great deal, super happy, but need instructions for disassembly. Found one set, but pics are poor, and I don't want to wrench on it without knowing... In particular, does the bayonet end cap pull straight off once you push pin on right? Mine seems to want to stay and I don't want to force it without being sure... Any help?

I don't have any problem with refurbs as long as they perform like they should originally.
Sometimes, it is even better because the rifle goes through a whole blueprinting process and any overlooked defects are corrected.

Ok, maybe I'm wrong (my wife was in the room when I posted that, and I only seem to be wrong when she's around, the rest of the time I'm infallible.) about the refurb, but doesn't seem to be. Not that I care, I shoot my guns, they're collectible because I collect them, not as an investment. Can't wait to try her out this weekend! Four new guns, one month- it's like christmas!
